Patient Journey

You can now set a maximum number of identities allowed per household. When this limit is reached, additional identities will automatically be placed into a newly created household. This enhancement maintains system performance and keeps household sizes manageable. To enable this feature, please contact Verato Support.
You can now configure the LinkID survivor logic so that the oldest LinkID is retained when merges occur. To enable this functionality, please submit a request through your Verato Support representative.
The system will now retain the existing Household ID for single-member households when demographic updates are made.

Resolved an issue where addresses with a non-numeric line1 and a numeric line2 were being incorrectly normalized. The system no longer restructures these addresses and now preserves the submitted format as intended.
Resolved an issue where a new identity ingested into an existing Household didn't trigger the corresponding notification. Now, these ingestions will create a notification as expected.
